1. In-game alias: fully
2. Steam ID: 0:1:7378191
3. Time/date of the ban: no clue
4. Server where ban occurred: n00bfest.com - Got n00b? (72.249.124.50:27015)
5. Who banned you?: no clue
6. What were you banned for?: i am muted, cannot type or use mic
7. Comments: i have no clue when this/or why this happened. honestly this could of been YEARS ago, i stopped playing in 09, and just recently started playing again and i still had you guys on my favorite server list.
