 Custom SpraysI have a custom spray. I can ever get it to work on the ANF server for some reason. It always loads as a HL sprite. Any idea how to refresh or get my custom sprays to work.

Check the size. If it's above 15KB, then it won't work on most servers.

Yeah, something odd is going on with the sprays in the servers. I'll look into it this weekend while I'm trying to add mods to the 1.6 and CZ servers.

The sprays I have were all made from Wally. They work on our old server and every other server I have played on...so its not the size.

I had a custom spray that worked like 2 months ago, then it stopped and now it just sprays that valve logo thingy :(

most custom sprays are made with wally and photoshop.......
somewhere along the update lines there was an option for server to not allow custom sprays (server sends tempdecal.wad to client) and then the option was taken out.....the servers that chose the option while it was still there got stuck on it....the one's that didn't got stuck the other direction......the reason your's isn't working anymore is because you went to a server that didn't allow them and it overwrote you tempdecal.wad file If your interested in getting a custom spray let me know k o d _ p s y c h o @ h o t m a i l . c o m _________________ "Our greatist moments of triumph are always inarticulate" ~ Stephen King |
