could some take the time to post all the things u can do with rcon

like how to change maps kick players do the tk stuff and all that?

basically you have to have admin. basically to have be a n00b to have admin. basically you have to sign up to be a n00b. basically you don't have to worry about rcon for a while. basically I'm a colonel (3rd level of admin) and I don't have rcon. basically?
