I am too damn cheap to get something fancy like photoshop so I just searched the internet for some cool looking pics copied them, opened the .jpg or .bmp picture with paint and resized 'em. Then just ran wally and saved the result(s) as a .wad file.
1. find a picture on the internet, right click and save as to a folder you can find or a new one on your desktop screen.
2. open folder with new pic, right click again and open the file with the standard microsoft paint program.
3. to resize the picture you just need to SELECT ALL of the picture in paint, "by using the edit function on the toolbar at the top of the screen or just pressing CTRL key + A" .
4. Click the buttom right hand where a small blue dot is, "your mouse pointer will change shape when your in the right location default is two arrows pointed diagonally", of the picture then keep the left mouse button held down. while the left mouse button is held down the pciture will drag larger or smaller to your discretion.
5. Once the main picture is resized smaller you will want to get rid of the excess background. That can be done by dragging the buttom right hand button again WITHOUT using select all option this time.
6. Check your picture size by using the toolbar Image/attributes or by pressing CTRL + E . You will want the width and height numbers total to equal 192 so the wally program can change it to a .wad file.
*note* good combo numbers for Width, Height are:
47, 145 128, 64 112,80 96,96 48,144
7. Save As your new resized picture.
8. run wally and read Angry Kittens guide
