Post Are [n00b] and n00bfest.com a Trade Mark (TM)?
The community has been growing and we should take some care with our name.

I think we should register these marks, before someone do it and charge us for use the name [n00b].

I can see a lot of work for build this web site, the cofee shop, the servers and we (mainly the elders) shoul preserve all this work against clever people.

In fact we will copy right the mark [n00b] and n00bfest.com. It means nobody can use these terms in websites, clothes or in any place else with out permission. Like Google, it is a website site and have a TM.
