Re: cs go sub forum
Just change the Counter-Strike Source forum name to Counter-Strike General or just Counter-Strike and all done.

Re: cs go sub forum
The counter strike source forum should probably just drop the source all together and include 1.6, source and global offensive. I feel that source will remain this community's primary game and global offensive will likely fall in place behind its predecessor, at least based off people's reactions this is what it looks like. For those who do play CS:GO they should probably post it in that forum or the other games forum.

It's just a transition people will have to make.

Re: cs go sub forum
I'm just saying in general. The majority of the CS 1.6 community in the world said they would never go to CSS because it was a bad version of CS 1.6, but since Valve continuously listens to their community base and adjusts there games to make people happy they eventually moved over.

I wasn't talking to you. No need to try to defend what you're saying.

Re: cs go sub forum
I don't feel we need a separate forum. First, the number of new posts in the counter-strike forum as it is now is quite minimal, would you agree? If you notice, most of the conversation that goes on around here doesn't actually involve counter-strike. Second, the person posting a topic can specify in the topic title or within the thread itself that they are talking about GO. And third, no we will not force the community to change games, but over time I feel the majority will end up migrating to GO just as they did to Source from CZ. How long that takes is another question entirely.

Re: cs go sub forum
I think it'll be a more natural transition this time, seeing as how there are servers available for both games and it'll also be a better experience overall because if someone prefers one game or another it's there for them.

Re: cs go sub forum
does anyone feel the GO is just an faster paced source or is it just me? I haven't really seen to many ppl trying to sneak around and most of the players are doing the spray and pray method it seems.

Re: cs go sub forum
the CS sub-forum is probably enough for all 3, isn't it?
