I was thinking along the lines of weekly/daily weapons / tactics that should be issused out...like orders, helping the rcts feel more involved i suppose

per-say week1/day1 only use said weapons i.e. glock, usp, deag, no switching for a higher weapon.
also tactics wise, rush, bait, camp, knife only.

i could see this becoming complicated so i say for those who are caught using said ^^^ system should get more brownie points, or w.e we get for being good little rcts XD

i would see this as more of a advancement system to becoming a noob faster but i know this all is up to the main admins/council,etc

just thought i would put this out there, comments, bashing, and all the sorts requested

As for the idea, rct period is a proving ground for a pair of balls, not CS skill. We'd rather see how our recruits fair while playing the game in our environment than make them do dumb bullshit because we said so.

hmm i really dont know your ranking system but i suggest people who are higher up noob member the one who make all the desicions have certain rcts under them like real recruits, but i could see the downfall of such a thing becuz of favortism .. so idk ..
