Re: [rct] I've been on one type of forum or another for about the last 15 years. One thing I've noticed is that people don't read sticky posts and don't pay attention to the majority of the rest of the website except the forums. So, it would take a big huge button that says APPLY TO BE A N00B HERE! With big stars and rainbows and unicorns dancing around it to get their attention. So, I dunno, I'd have to agree with Rokamotherfuckinstanski on this one, ya can't fix stupid.
