Well, if they officially quit, they should be able to make a plea. I mean, you might have had some personal shit happen and your venting it out here.


It also may depend on seniority.

However, recruits that quit for little to no reason (ie. they don't want to wait) should be kicked out.

If you show enough devotion, one slip-up should be acceptable.

The way I see it, if they haven't:
a) joined another community
b) tried to get n00bs/rcts to join another community
c) hurt or attempted to hurt n00bfest in some other way

Then I don't see why it's a problem to let them back. Everyone will make fun of them for it, and that seems like what they deserve.
