OK, so post here if you discover something useful or cool during your time in Skyrim that you feel like should be shared with the others.


Here I'll start:
Novice Hood Trick- During a battle if you run out of Magic and you have the novice hood on, take it off and put it back on and it will give you alittle more magic you can use. wash, rinse, and repeat and you could technically say you have unlimited Magic.

I just shoot shit with my bow in sneak mode. Thats a good tip, right?

You can max out speech easily at the Black-Briar Meadery.

Talk to the bartender dude and ask him about Mavern.
Now use the persuade option to get him to tell the truth.

Rinse and repeat. The dialog option never goes away. You may need a 20-ish rating or so to start off in order to have succcessful persuasions.

if you have a companion following you, have him/her wait in an open area away from other people, go to a spot kinda far away and sneak. Then just start shooting your companion. they will heal quick so it wont kill them, and It will just keep adding to your sneak for as long as you feel like doing it

Giants love hugs, but only after you tickle them with a sword first.

dont give up the lock pick to nocturnal ever its so useful for people who dont want to waste time in lock picking skill

Giants and Monmouth dont like to climb rocks and Mountains. So if your close to one run behind a rock and just shoot them till they die

lol yep, I was sick the day we learned how to spell back in school

type TGM in console to turn on God mode, unlimited everything and cant dies, etc, etc

If you're specifically going cave hunting, bring your horse to the outside of the entrance....because if you hit a goldmine of loot and become encumbered you can take your time and walk back out, go to your horse than you can ride your horse and fast travel while on your horse all while being encumbered.

player.additem F $$$ is the code to add as much $$$ as you want...it doesnt effect the achievements or anything, just gives you a buttload of gold

to boost blacksmithing buy a shit ton of iron ingot and leather straps, then make a shit ton of daggers (easiest way to get it up). I usually just fast travel to riften and whiterun.

Go to markarth and go to the iron mine And mine all the iron you can in stead of buying it

that works as well, i just buy it cause money is hella easy to get, i mean common you get 20k gold for the dark brotherhoods final quest

Sometimes Giants will actually do some weird crap and manage to reach you on the rocks but if you jump in a reasonable amount of water he won't attack. Leave the water to attract him back or hunt him again, i dont think mammoths will stick around if you go into the water.
