I've been getting into this game pretty hardcore lately, was just curious if anyone else around here has played/heard of it. I'd be more than happy to face any of you other n00bs online to work up my skillz!

i had downloaded the demo and it was pretty fun, but never bought it.

Just saw this thread now heh anyways i have all the company of heroes. It is a hard ass game online. There is so much micromanagement its insane. If you dont have a good strategy you can rolled in the matter of minutes. Ive had some fun game though. one game where 1 mortar unit had 89 infantry kills hahaha.

I actually think the game requires a different set of skills and strategy than that of Starcraft or other RTS brands out there. Units are expensive, and losing them means a lot. Your choice in building an armored car vs. working towards getting a tank vs. upgrading infantry plays a huge part. It's very much about how you use your units rather than building up a huge amount of them (though there are certainly some units you can spam), and of course there's a delicate rock/paper/scissors game involved as well. But overall, it's a really well put together game.

I'm currently 62-44 as Wehr in 1v1 (level 10), and I can also play Americans decently (though not quite as well - only level 7 so far in 1v1). Player name is Zarjax - hit me up sometime.
