I'm having that problem today as well. I think they're slacking with the weekly updates. The servers were down last night for a few hours for the updates but apparently they haven't finished.

If you leave it on, eventually it will update. I'm playing now. And by the way, I'm on Katar 5, not 4. I don't like pvp servers.

I found out you can be power leveled easily in this game. I gained five levels by being someone's healbot last night. Let me know when you get to level 7; leveling gets harder at that point.
