k this is kinda shunned upon by the sro community but its called luring when ur a thief and this is how it goes.
Get a camel preferably and try to find atleast one goods that is on the floor.
Find a 1 star trader and stay in front of his camel at all times when ur thief appear it will go for the 1 star and if ur alot higher than the trader ur thief will destroy him.
I used to do this when homos would laugh at me cuz they were 1 star and then when my thief atacks im like what now bitch.

You're forgetting that he's like level 20 though. All the merchants are gonna be at least level 20 so he's probably going to be owned.

yeha i need to figure out how to rob those stupid merchants some stupid crap about 1 star comes up and i'm like UGH! wtf i cant attack them or their transport

Just be happy they don't attack you.

Ok. Player thieves can only attack merchants that are going on a 2 star run means. In other words, follow them and wait awhile. After a while some NPC thieves should spawn and start attacking them. If 1 thief spawns, the merchant is on a 1 star run. If 2 thieves, 2 star run. If 3 stars... well you get the idea. So you can only attack merchants that spawn 2 thieves or more. The more stars, the tougher the npc thieves will be.
