I think it's a sweet change from all the other ones, at least every once in a while...also, someone mentioned something about de_storm being 1337, I've never played it so I don't know.

I like de_survivor a lot! Its really fun to play and a nice change from the usual maps.

I see you guys added it to the Elite server. Yeah, de_survivor is a fun map to play every once in a while. I was surprised at the lack of bitching about it, because usually everyone starts whining when survivor comes on. I noticed someone mentioned de_storm. That is also a fun map to play every once in a while.
