idk y ppl just say shoot in small bursts, thats only half u have to strafe left and right and shoot in little bursts right when u stop strafing to the side,
below is for dumbasses who cant understand when u see an enemy you 1. pray 2.shoot 3.strafe to left or right lets say right 4.right when u let go of d u shoot again 5. press a to strafe to left and right when u let go of a shoot again u can practise this by joining empty server and find a wall or something and find a spot to aim at and keep trying to shoot at that spot when strafing. REMEMBER do not shoot when strafing that will just F*CK off ur aiming and crouching is retarded for up close fighting only good for long range. What i did to get out of the habit of crouching was unbind the key so that i would crouch no longer and then binded when i got used to not crouching. All stuff i learned from some guy who makes a living out of giving counter strike lessons, hes like 19 and a god at cs. _________________

its good to crouch after you shot a guy, or if you are close enough to get PERFECT shots in on a spray. Just another maneuver to mess up the other guy's aim.
If the guys you play are good, they will usually miss the next shot if you crouch. This is because they aim for the head, and your head drops in a crouch. But if they suck and just run around spraying. You had better dodge, because crouching won't do shit for a person who aims at the waist |
