is there any way i could have a profile on the stats page removed? it's got my IP address, along with a very commonly used alias of mine. i didn't realize that playing on the css server would cause a page like that to exist, i didn't know until i looked up my IP address on google.

i don't like that anyone who knows my address can put it into google and find my username that i use for basically everything. just kind of paranoid i guess

I think its good to be careful about what information about you is online. I think there are a few nerds out there that realized that the hard way after doing something dumb in connection with n00bfest. But I don't think you should worry about your IP address. And I doubt you're applying to jobs with this email, so my suggestion would be to draw a hard line between between your online alias and your IRL identity.

IP addresses change, although ISPs are changing them less often these days, they're still not obviously or reliably connected to any one address let alone any one person.

Worst case: you say you leave your WiFi unprotected so who knows what hits googling my current IP will come up with.

It's in the "Psychostats" page in the title -- shows all your stats, including aliases you've used, IP addresses you've connected from, etc. A good tool for us admins to use :D

If you don't secure yourself then people can use your IP against you. I'm surprised that seeing people's IPs on Psychostats is actually visible to someone who isn't even an admin.

Why don't you post a link to your psycho stats page to help us out. I mean, you are asking for a big favor, and as a complete stranger the least you could do is try to make it as easy for us as possible. That is, if we do indeed decide to help you out.

I don't think it's possible to remove the IP address solely from his page, you would either have to disable it completely for all users to view and make it so only admins can see it or completely delete him.

I have his IP address, I'm going to hack ur interwebz and steal ur megabytz.
