I AM F*CKING PISSED. i'm trying to make my own server for practice and NONE of my F*CKING console commands are working. for instance, sv_cheats 1, mp_autoteambalance 0, bot_dont_shoot 1 etc.. NONE OF THEM ARE WORKING. and mind you, this is solely for practice. i already see the shit being thrown at me, i just want to get this shit working.

Are you running a dedicated server? How are you trying to run the commands?
If you'd provide more information and actually ask for help instead of just whining about it like a cunt, you may get a halfway decent response. We have several folks here who operate or who have operated CSS servers.
