The new settings are so much better. I adjust interp based on players in game for a little more accuracy.

i know you are new to the n00bfest community here, and i/we want you to feel welcome, and i don't want to seem like a dick with the following.

just a strong recommendation to please see the date of the latest post in a thread before posting, as "reviving" old threads will upset some people and may get you flamed. for example, this thread hasn't been posted in for about 3 months. while in reality it isn't that big of a deal, the issue(s) this thread discusses has been addressed and resolved, and the server is currently forcing/limiting rates that provide great game play.

the threads in each forum are listed in order from most recent posts to oldest posts. unless you are posting a significant update or important new information, please try to comment only on threads that are less than 1 month old (personally i prefer < 2 weeks, but i don't want to be too anal).

not to beat a dead horse here, but for better over all performance, cl_minmodels 1 makes all the cts an ts look the same, also r_3dsky 0 makes the the sky shit go away

Since I only understood a bit of tht, I will help with the part I got. Go to your steam folder then steamapps, your username, css, cstrike, cfg. There should be a file autoexec.cfg, simply copy the text dirk. Posted. If not just make it in there

Ok I am stupid..I played for ever.. Never changed Mach of this stuff.. I do change the cl-smooth and I do the ragedol colide and the other ragedoll one.. That helps my a bit.. Now can someone explain toe how to make that start up file so I don't have to type this on every time I start playing...?? In stupid.. Language... Like a retarded gide .. Lol

If there isn't one, create it (right click --> new text file --> save as autoexec.cfg (not .txt).

Put it in there. Start up CSS.

So how do you know if you have good rates exactly? And what does lerp mean? Sorry, never really paid attention to this stuff. Set my rates once and then never paid any other attention to it. Even when I was playing competitively :P

No matter what kind of setting I choose, bullets curve around walls to kill me all the time so I've come to just accept it :)
