i think...i only got naded when my mouse started spinning on me...
i just start moving then all of a random sudden...my screen starts spinning..around...and next thing i know im dead..><

yea somtimes my mouse "spazzes" while im playing and my reticle shoots up to the sky and i'm just spinning. doesn't happen often though which is good ;)
