Tell me what you think of this system
Hey guys, I know some of you know about gaming systems and was hoping that you could help me decide on a decent game platform. It doesn't have to run the most graphically intensive game at 100 fps. But I would like it to be able to atleast run any game smoothly, not necessarily on the highest graphics setting. Done a bit of shopping around online today and came up with this config which is so far the cheapest for what i have it configured with. let me know what you think. here are the specs...
CPU : (939-pin) AMD Athlon64 3700+ CPU w/ HyperTransport Technology

LOLz, if you dont require that, then you should go cheaper.

Make sure there's no hardware conflict with that nforce4 and that corsair ram. I think I remember reading something about that. I could be wrong, but it's worth looking into.
Badass system, though. Very nice.

by the replies i think i have a winner for a comp. configured it at http://www.buyxg.com it seems to be the best for the price of the several places i checked. the site had the ram listed as able to use with that motherboard so it shouldn't have any conflicts. thanks guys, i'll be getting a nice new shiny comp soon then.
