 Smart modular tech memory?? my x-gf's dad wants to buy her a laptop and asked me to look into one for her... i'm looking at a tablet for her but it has Smart modular Tech memory which is significantly cheaper than regular memory... wtf is it? how does it compare to regular memory? i cant find any reviews comparing the two or any info about modular tech memory...
also, any suggestions on what notebook to get her? so many to choose from... i would build her one but she only needs it for websurfing, email, Word, and SPSS (a statistics program, memory intensive), she'll be multitasking between all of these... it cant be too heavy although i would like to get her a widescreen so she can watch dvds...

its a generic type of memory that in order to sell makes you think that its something special by saying "Smart Modular Tech Memory" its nothing any different that other rams, its just named to sell. That's all. But yes, it is a company, but I have never heard of them.

ok, the way the website offers it, it comes a cross shitty becuz they offered 'regular' RAM for an extra $200 so i couldnt figure out why this memory was so cheap...
