Post Re: New PC
I mean, I built my comp all in all for about 850. Originally 720 but my mobo got fucked up upon installing it because the original case I had was a piece of shit. Got a new mobo and case; ASUS Z97-AR mobo, and 760T corsair graphite series full size case(it's so F*CKING quiet. one time i actually thought it wasn't at one point). Yes, generally the more expensive something is the better it is, for PC's...but I feel like virus could've gotten a better deal on some of his parts. I have 4 sticks of 8GB RAM per stick and didn't pay over 80 for both 2 sets of my RAM haha.

Haven't had a single problem running anything on any kind of settings. But yes, it's a nice build indeed

I would have gone bigger on the PS, 800 to 1000 but that's just me. Nice build though.

I was going to go with an 800W when I was choosing the 980 Ti as the GFX but went smaller when I chose the 970. The machine is only about 400 watts or so with dual 970s according to PC part picker so I still have 200W to spare.

I wonder how good Duke Nukem 3D looks with the 980ti!! Oh shoot! Yeah, I forgot.....It's not about playing fun and challenging games anymore. It's about cool graphics.
