 New Monitor - Good Deal???Anyone think this is a good deal? I am seriously considering getting it. I have a 24" monitor now that I've had for like 6 years, and I think the deal on the 27" is only for today or maybe this week.

Re: New Monitor - Good Deal??? I've had 2 or 3 of these go bad in the office, not the 27 but the 22's. Even one of the RMA's I got back were bad had lines going threw it right out of the box.

Re: New Monitor - Good Deal??? I have two LG monitors right now and a LG Plasma T.V. and they are awsome! My monitors are amazing and have never given me an ounce of trouble and still work great with all the hours I have put on them. I have a 22 and a 19.

Re: New Monitor - Good Deal??? I know this doesn't answer your question, but everyone stay away from Planar. I won one from work a fwe years back and had to RMA the first 3 before i finally got one that wasn't broken and even that one had a broken cable management thing on the back.
I've never had LG and I don't think my company even sells their consumer models, so can't say anything about the quality. I am pretty biased to Samsung from my experience over the years. Either way, I would wait until next month to buy anything electronic. |
