Re: New monitor Just keep checking out http://1saleaday.com/, they will eventually have monitors up there. I bought a 24" Acer for $100 and the reviews on it are great.

Also if you have an HDMI port, which most people do these days, they will probably have HD TV's on there even sooner. Probably get a pretty good one for the same price and a good monitor at normal price. Or less. _________________   |

Re: New monitor What is the size of your current monitor?
I've had a Dell 24" monitor for like 6 years, and it has a higher resolution than the new 24" monitors, because the screen is a bit taller (1920x1200 VS 1920x1080). I'm waiting for the price of 27" or 30" monitors to come down, because using a HDTV limits you to 1920x1080 regardless of the size of the TV. Lately I've seen a couple 27" monitors for around $300, so I may get one of those soon. _________________  |
