They should of smoked the guy in the parking lot. They have the shooter in custody, I'd be hard pressed not to of put a large caliber bullet in each of his knees, let him bleed for an hour and repeat the process on the other parts of his body.

I wouldn't be surprised if he gets Jack Ruby-ed. I want to know what his motivations are.

By the way I'm hearing this already, I doubt this guy will go to prison. You can already tell his defense is "not guilty by reason of insanity" -- who else just sits by their car, waiting to get arrested? Yea. On topic though, this movie was really good. It's a shame some stupid mother F*CKER had to ruin it for some people.

Unfortunately if that was his plan it is gong to fail. In Colorado the insanity defense is based on a modified version of the M'Naghten Rule with the Irresistible Impulse Test, and the burden of proof is on the state.

What this basically means is that a defendant trying to get away with this defense must rely on the state to prove that he was insane at the time of the crime rather than his defense team presenting evidence to support the argument.

Good luck with that in this case, he is fucked.

This guy needs to get it medieval style. Hitch 4 horses up to each of his limbs, maybe a 5th to his junk because hes a piece of sh*t, then let them slowly walk out and tear his limbs off one at a time. Screw them running at full force so they rip off quickly. I want this asshole to suffer.

just got back from the theater, Movie was ok, nowhere near the Dark knight, but worth a few bucks to watch

lotta plot holes, they never explained why Bain wore the mask, or why he could punch through concrete and suffer no damage.

I give it a B+ , solid story, to many holes/unanswered questions

They explained it in passing, but that wasn't the point of the movie. Bane was supposed to be a ruthless mercenary, the motivation wasn't important. What was important was the re-emergence of Batman, his sacrifice, and the rise of Robin/Nightwing/New Batman. It wasn't perfect, but it's certainly the most complete and fulfilling trilogy since the original Star Wars. IMO.

The biggest question in the film was why bain wore that weird mask
it showed one scene where he was beat up and had a towel wrapped around his mouth
But it NEVER explained why,how, or what the damn thing did.
that was the big elephant in the room was why he had that thing in his mouth and for not asnwering it made the movie not as good
also never explained how he had super-human strengthe....even if he was really really strong, im pretty sure when you punch through concrete your entire hand would shatter after the hit. but no he has like was superman with no explenations.

very let down by the lack of backstory on Bain, made the film not very good imo

Like I said, I don't think his origin was that important though. They never explained Joker either, and that didn't matter. Bane was just supposed to be a ruthless character, and the focus was supposed to be on Batman. I think it came together nicely, but I can understand how some people wouldn't like Bane.

I find it important because everytime the character spoke it was all muffled and could barely understand him, and for the writers to not explain what the device was for and why he needed it, DID SEEM very vital to the plot, i mean for fucks sake he was as strong as the hulk and whooped batmans ass, i think we deserve some kinda story as how he got super-human powers and what not,

Theres no need to explain the joker, he wasnt wearing a prop that affected his breathing/speech like Bain did.

Bain was the main villian and to have him use an important prop like his facemask and not answer what it was for, was a major let down.
