saw it had some great action story line made me cry but nothing like the board game and a few good looking people to make the dry parts better... but saying that dont waste the money to see it in theaters wait for it to come on vid and rent it....

They canceled The Gunslinger to make this,i hope it rots in hell and bankrupts the studio.

another big hollywood film created soley to get people to join the military. And once again they use another girly hip-hop artist turned-bad-girl Rhianna so that the girls who have been following her for years will think its cool to join the military.... she looks just like Katey perry in that part of me video.....getting females in the marines is their main goal right now. (selling it as gender equality even though females in the military have lower PT standards thus leaving them physically incapable of rescuing their heavier male counterparts from the battlefeild which ultimately gets the entire team killed. ) (ref. jessica lynch....all her male sqaud members got killed and she survived...why? ..because she was not strong enough to stay awake and it got her whole team of men killed. oh and she got a medal for it even though she admited she did not fight back during the battle or do anything to try and save her buddies.)

on that note i served with women in the military and they have the right to serve, but they should be held to the same standards as men, otherwise they are putting everyone else life in danger, if you can't do the pushups or handle the gear than you should pick another career.

I can agree with this, equal rights to the fine print man (only exception is well pregnancies that i can think of at the momment)

I saw it... I considered it good. Of course they took a huge branch out of the regular "board game" but come on... it's hollywood, shut the F*CK up and sit back and watch shit explode. This was an action/comedy movie with a romantic part thrown in for the ladies. Get off ur high horses and watch F*CKING action. Bet you won't say shit about the Expendibles.

I haven't watched any of these movies. I saw "The Hunger Games" most recently, it didn't pull me in like the books did.

I saw it and I was entertained. Not worth $10 bucks to see but definitely worth downloading.

It's good as long as you remember what it is about. Don't see it expecting an in depth plot and character development. It's an action flick with big guns and aliens, that's it

I just wanna see Rhianna in our blue cammies -- it will be one of few times I have ever seen a hot chick in the Navy! Too bad it's just a movie...

She's alright in them. She probably wouldn't be allowed to wear the bandana she is wearing in the movie if she really was on the ship.
