Post n00bfest Ravers?
Anyone in n00bfest other than me a raver? I'd feel more comfortable knowing I'm not the only EDM (electronic dance music) junkie in here.

I can do the glowstick dance where you swing two glowsticks around on ropes and make ridiculous patterns. I've been to one rave and I danced for 8 hours straight. I was sober, because the drugs were bad, but not in the Mr. Mackey sense of the word. I tried to not be sober. I could care two shits for going to a club to listen to techno, out of habit. I'll get down to that stuff if it's playing but I'm too eclectic in my musical and cultural tastes to be 'a raver'.

I like dnb and house. Lots of it. Everywhere. I've seen pendulum and knife party live, along with a few others.

Parties arent what they used to be. I was extremely active in our local EDM scene here from about 98 - 2004. I'll listen to anything from Jazzstep, dubstep, IDM, disco house, to some liquid funk.

I ♥ anything funky + a great beat. A few of my friends DJ and are extremely talented at it. If your looking for a nice mix of house, dubstep, and DnB just PM me and I'll hook you up with their soundcloud addys.

Currently listening to Sasha and Digweeds Northern Exposure II Westcoast Edition....one of my first EDM albums.

It's great to see some people in here who enjoy the scene. I myself prefer to be sober when I go to a rave, and I am not sure if you guys know of it but I do the Melbourne Shuffle. Here's an example of it (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h6Cf9o2_U0Q) that shows all the different styles of it. If you want to see a video of me do it just ask and I'll post a link. Lastly, I am an avid Hardstyle listener. I enjoy trance and I REALLY LOVE liquid DnB. :D
