Post Need Help
Ok, so i have been interested in getting a lever-action rifle and dont know which caliber i should get it in, i am mainly debating on a 30-30 or a 44 Mag. keep in mind that i dont have alot of money and rounds will be a factor. I would be doing reloading (not right away) so that would also come into effect. So which?

do you hunt? States like Indiana will allow you to hunt with a .44 but not a 30-30. just something to keep in mind

If you can hunt with it, get a .30-30. Winchester or Marlin.

Yea, if I got it I would try to go hunting with it and I live In GA so I am almost posititve I can blhunt with it

I would go with a 30-30. its close to what I learned to shoot with as a kid. accurate, easy to maintain, and reliable. My dad still has his 1892 32-30 and it still works like a dream
