I made it home yesterday after my 7 month deployment on the USS George H W Bush. Now, I know that's not as long as you Army/Marine guys out there, but it was long enough! Found out some news: as of September 1st, 2012, I will be out of the Navy. I'm currently looking into jobs out there for my skills (13 years of working as an Avionics Tech on Navy jets), and, so far, it's looking more and more like I'm going to apply at Boeing here in the Seattle area. I'm not counting anything out, though...I've still got 9 months until I'm out. Hell...I'm still half-way thinking about going down to the Dallas area and finding shit down there -- with all the companies there that need people like me. With that said, I'm not sure how much I'll be on and playing, since I need to finish up my degree before getting out, and still have a lot of work to do and planning and all that good shit. No matter what, I will drop in and play every now and again. I've been waiting 7 months to abuse you fags again -- I mean, to play some CSS! _________________ When I fart, it smells like a BBP. I hope Tom Brady gets anally raped in Hell.

At first, when they said I was getting the axe (it was some huge retention board -- the Navy is becoming a corporation now...starting to "cut back" on people), of course I was upset...but then when I started looking at what jobs were out there, and how much money they were starting you out at, I was actually happy and glad that they're doing this. _________________ When I fart, it smells like a BBP.
