Sony is preparing to ban gamers from the PlayStation Network (PSN) unless they waive the right to collectively sue it over future security breaches. I'm glad I don't own a PS3. |

But in all honesty, good businesses cater to their shareholders and board members first and their customers next. Just the way things are.

But they also have a responsibility to keep the info they require for your subscriptions and transactions with their company private and secure. Regardless of what they make you agree to, there is probably a law out there that says F*CK them if they are allowing breaches(multiple if it happens again, and that will get the FBI and other sections of the government involved.) into their system and credit card information or really any information is stolen.
