If u want a tech out even though the internet is working slow tell them its not working just unhplug it.. So they cant talk to the mofem and get reading once your done plug it back in.. This way u should get someone to ir house...

I have had some funny conversations with chat helps in the past. I need to start saving them.
I use to due over night support and man some people would call drunker than dad talking about they can connect..come to find out the F*CKING modem was off or some bull like that. what was better is I was high as F*CK so I would put them on mute and laugh my ass off.
