 Big Motherfuckin' Steak. Went to Texas roadhouse today with my wifey, and I asked for a 32oz steak. Here are the unfinished results...

Re: Big Motherfuckin' Steak. If you want a good, big steak, you need to hit up Sodalaks in Snook, Tx. Their steaks are F*CKING huge and delicious. I got my ex's parents to buy me a 24oz I think, I had it on two plates, and 2 more plates for sides.

Re: Big Motherfuckin' Steak. Lol Yeah i've eaten a 28 oz steak with 2 loaded bake potatoes, salad, and corn on the cob. It looks pretty good, but the best steaks are straight from the butcher cooked on the grill at home and served medium rare. Man makes me wish i had some steak right now.

Re: Big Motherfuckin' Steak. I order most steaks medium well, but it honestly depends on the cut. If it's a ribeye or something that has a lot of fat in it, I'll go medium so they don't dry the F*CKER completely out.
Best stake recipe: salt, pepper, and a thin coating of either melted butter or olive oil on both sides (over the salt/pepper), turned ONCE and only ONCE on a grill.

You don't like marinades too much? I prefer dry marinading myself too, but I do appreciate wet ones.
