The lady at Newegg said she filed the shipping claim through DHL and I'll know within a little while if the order goes through for overnight shipping, chances are it'll be here in two days if so... if not, I have to wait another 10 F*CKING days. Stupid DHL faggots, I hope you all die.

This isn't my first DHL package, but it will hopefully be the last.

DHL for international shipping is great. Local shipping they are by far the worst. A few years back I received two boxes that were barely boxes anymore, cause they were half torn apart. You should chew Newegg's ass for using such a shitty service, because it is making them look bad.

It's funny you mention that because normally they only ship to me via UPS or FEDEX, but not this time. I only did it because the shipping was free, otherwise it would have been UPS or FEDEX. Odd how the shipping was free and I got screwed for using free shipping... hopefully they overnight this one if they approve it.

Acid - this may not be the DHL fault. Free shipping @ newegg for small items (and since you ordered RAM I assume it was small like you know what): DHL picks up the packages from newegg warehouse, drops it at USPS, and USPS handles final delivery to the customer.

I've ordered a few things from the US with DHL and never had any problems. Somebody probably stole it when they saw it was PC parts.

this could be true as UPS handles all lands end and barnes and noble accounts through the USPS.

DHL,however is shit. yes i work for UPS and prefer UPS,but do not have a problem shipping FedEx. i would never ship anything DHL unless i was in europe.

In WI DHL is all but gone. 2 years ago the week before christmas they had swarms of people banging on there front door asking why there packages wern't being delivered and DHL just locked there doors and released a statement saying they can't handle the volume. after that i MIGHT see 1 DHL van a month.

The handling in between USPS and DHL is where the package was lost... USPS has no record of receiving a package from DHL, but DHL claims it was given to them on the 7th.

yes this can be a sticky situation as ive noticed when i deliver to a USPS i have to scan every package,but never see the USPS scan anything.

either way from now i would skip both of them and go UPS

i have been delivering around 2400 packages a week for 5 years and have never seen packages that beat up.

I think it happens with any other company, you're just that bad lucky guy who got his shit lost somewhere..
