 My astrophotography gets featured on theatlantic.comI was screwing around on Facebook a couple minutes ago, and I searched for myself, and happened to notice a link to a website where I had read about the lunar eclipse happening that night. I read in the article that the author would love to have us send in pictures, so that night I took over 200 pictures (which I shared with all of you). I selected the best ones I had, and send them in to the author of the article. A couple months later, I found this link:
http://www.theatlantic.com/technology/a ... pse/68349/ And then... I just smiled after I read the article. I'm so excited to see that some of my art made it further than just n00bfest. It's a flattering honor to have my pictures rated as the top submission. I figured I'd share this with you guys and let you know that if you have a hobby, STICK WITH IT. I have been doing Astrophotography for a couple years only, but you never know how great your work is with such little time spent learning about it. Don't give up on your hobbies, and your dreams will be noticed by many! |

It goes to show that it isn't true at all, and that even though you are your own worst enemies at times, other people are your closest friends and support what you do!
