UPDATE: After inspecting the firearm at the 2011 SHOT Show, the ATF determined that the Taurus Raging Judge is in fact an NFA regulated firearm. Whether it would be classified as a Destructive Device (DD) or Short Barreled Shotgun (SBS) is not known at this time, but Taurus has withdrawn the firearm and currently has no plans to move the 28 gauge Raging Judge into full production.
