This might not be a Deathadder or a G500, but looks like it'd do the trick. Go to wireless. 2400dpi doesn't seem to bad to me for $5.

Ehh, what the F*CK -- I bought one. Why not? I could always use another mouse, I guess.

Ya, I didn't buy one. But I figured, if you need one but you're low on money. Might as well buy this one while you have the chance. It will at least work until you get enough to get a better one. Who knows, it could turn out to be something you like and end up using it for a long time.

Review from Buy.com:

3 of 5 Wouldn't consider it a "gaming" mouse 10/4/2010

Arrived cheaply packaged in a blank, white, flimsy box inside of a postage bag. Inside was just the mouse by itself, no other documentation or material. Opened it up and out came a generic looking mouse. Light, basic, and all the surfaces are made out of the same material. Plugged the mouse in, and used it for awhile trying to figure the best DPI setting to use. Even at the highest setting, its still not precise enough in my oppinion. But if you want a cheap mouse for regular (non-gaming) use, then it might be a good deal. I think I paid around $15 and will never use it.

If you want a good cheap mouse just get an intellimouse 3.0. It's like $15.
Oh, and unbind anything from the mousewheel.

I love my old intellimouse 3.0 that crapped out. And truth about the mwheel. I use mwheelup and down for bhopping, and it would just randomly jump at random ass times without me even touching the wheel :P

Now they have this Razer Lachesis on there for $30. Also, either it is different because it is refurbished or they posted it wrong. It's supposed to be 5600Dpi not 4000.
