my first marker was a tippman. them things are built like tanks and with the right barrel they compete with anything.

What gun you looking to upgrade it too? I just sold my Invert Mini w/8 bore Freak barrell kit and my nitro tank and everything else cuz ive quit paintball for a while... But ide recommend The Invert Mini, good Starter/Intermediate tourny gun with speed ball (course with blow up object everywhere)

I run with a Mini as well, with a SLY barrel kit. Highly recommend it :)

Garbage? LOL. The new electropneumatic markers are the best markers in existence. I've used my Smart Parts Ion for the past 6 or so years and its never failed me and I NEVER chop balls thanks to the eyes. Blowback markers are outdated and inferior, but they're great starter markers.

Ide roll fags wearing camo because they couldnt keep up with me laying down a line of paint before they got 2 shots off, Im sorry but there is a big ass line that is drawn between electropneumatic markers and blowback markers. By the time you've gotten off 1 shot ive already walked the trigger and launched off 5 easily

I mean even if you have that relay trigger or w/e were you pull and let go of the trigger and it lets off 2 balls a electropneumatic marker will still own it in BPS.

Invert Mini keeps up with 1000 markers surprisingly, I loved that gun, light as F*CK

I mean even woodsball guys i used to play against rolled with Smart Parts Ions because they were even better than Tipmans, I mean if your strictly going to stay with the blowback tipman stuff...might as well "Upgrade" to a Tipman A5 but even than they are still so outdated and old and being sold in walmart... Just to clarify, I wasn't talking shit about Strange's marker, I was saying that just because a marker isn't a tippman, doesn't mean it isn't an excellent marker. Tippmans are awesome for what they do, they're just not in the same league as a Shocker, Dye Matrix or even an Ion. I wish you the best of luck in selling your Tippman, and if I played woodsball more often, I might be inclined to buy it myself.

Yeah Tippmans are awesome for woodsball im not gonna lie that if i wanted range in my gun id definitely go for tippman for a semiauto woods ball gun. IMO i really like my Spyder Pilot ACS, great gun and shoots nice once i get my N2 tank instead of stinky CO2 lol nuff arguin let teh man sell his stuff!~!

I shot a tippman 98 classic for my first year of paintball and owned the F*CK out of gear head rich kids, because I realized paintball (speedball) was about position, movement, and accuracy. Got asked to join the field team while I was still shooting one.

It's the person behind the gun motherfuckers. As long as the gun shoots a couple balls per second with relative accuracy that's all that matters for 99% of the players. The rest is just e-peen without anything to back it up.
