 Re: Buying domain names
There are lots of sites out there you can purchase domain names. I've bought alot of them over the years. For my personally owned domain names I use domaindiscover.com. For work I use networksolutions.com

 Re: Buying domain names
If I could give you any tips on buying a domain, and you have the money to spend on one, like... in the hundreds... go for a really expensive one. Traffic drives easily to those sites.

 Re: Buying domain names
I've checked this site, no traffic and it's worth about 60 bucks or so, maybe.

 Re: Buying domain names
If there's no traffic, then it's not worth $60. www.namecheap.com Normally like $9.00 a year per domain.

 Re: Buying domain names
I just use godaddy for personal hosting & domain name reg. I realize that I pay a buck or two more per year than the name-only registrars, but it's worth it.
At my last company, where one of my jobs was maintaining reg's of hundreds of domains, we used network solutions.

 Re: Buying domain names
I use GoDaddy too, even though it's an unuser friendly son of a whore. But good hosting.

 Re: Buying domain names
Just don't use godaddy to search for domain names. They might reserve the name you search for so you can't buy it elsewhere.
