Re: Buying domain names There are lots of sites out there you can purchase domain names. I've bought alot of them over the years. For my personally owned domain names I use domaindiscover.com. For work I use networksolutions.com

Re: Buying domain names If I could give you any tips on buying a domain, and you have the money to spend on one, like... in the hundreds... go for a really expensive one. Traffic drives easily to those sites.

Re: Buying domain names I just use godaddy for personal hosting & domain name reg. I realize that I pay a buck or two more per year than the name-only registrars, but it's worth it.

Re: Buying domain names Just don't use godaddy to search for domain names. They might reserve the name you search for so you can't buy it elsewhere.
