the rub is, its really not health, and the FDA knows it, and so does the gov.
didnt you listen to that lady on the jamie oliver spot i posted? she is the head of the food in her school district and she says that the government and th eFDA are more concerned that the kids get thier calsium, then how much sugar is in the milk, so as long as your getting calcium we can put a metric F*CK ton of sugar there and its okay.
so you see, if you are fat and dying because of it, the FDA and the GOV could care F*CKING less.
drink up fattie!

OMG, Really? Next thing your going to tell me is that smoking is bad too. It's all common sense if you just think about what's in it. After that, it's a choice. Point out the obvious, fine. Call someone a fattie cause they like chocolate milk, ignorant.
Yes, I read it Ka-Bar, and I'm not at all power tripping. I'm just tired of you trying to gain respect from people by bashing everyone else and their ideas. Everytime I read something you post, it's negative to someone. I don't like you and I probably never will. You have no respect for anyone and until that changes you won't get any respect. You think by talking shit and making other people here look stupid you will gain other peoples respect because you see Angry or Kano doing it. The difference is, they have been around A LONG time and have earned that right. You however have not, your not even a member yet. So stop acting like a 5 year old and maybe you will earn some respect around here. I liked your post about Sushi for 2 reasons. It was interesting and you didn't try to make anyone else look stupid. You should do that in your other posts. If you want to post an opinion or even a fact, that's fine, but don't end it by trying to bash someone in the process, it's then that you only make yourself look like a douche. And believe me, I'm not the only one around here that says that, apparently I'm just the only one calling you on it. You're an interesting person, you don't need to put everyone else down to get people here to notice you.
Chocolate milk if one of the best things you could have after a hard workout actually, but only around 250-500mLs, it has one of the better carb protein ratios (if you get the right kind...) for the amount of useless shit it has in it (don't remember which useless shit to look out for in determining the chocolate milk to buy, they do differ). I stopped paying attention to the fine details after my coach (who is also a doctor, and who's wife is a nutritionist) told the group of us that he recommended we drink chocolate milk after practice, and I also heard that it has a very good carb/protein ratio from different nutritionists and personal trainers as I grew up attending provincial team training weekends and such. So next time you train really hard for around 2 hours straight, don't pick up a gatorade, pick up some chocolate milk instead (gatorade is also WAY worse for your teeth, haha).
I like chocolate milk so F*CK you all and ur disn of it because it got sugar in it grrrrr

This is possibly where my incoherent post was aimed for. Essentially yes, if you drink chocmilk and dont work out - then it's not healthy...but before and after a workout...hell yes.
No need to be catchin feelins fellers, I know we can all agree with a lil drop of Rum in our Yohoo, the world starts spinning in the best way possible.
