Yeah, it's not legal if you don't mail it in. I don't like it either, but it's a good step in the right direction...every state that got this on the ballot and passed it had to convince people to mail it in too. C'mon, everyone in FL, takes just a couple of minutes to fill it out, print it, slap a stamp on an envelope and mail it. Not a big deal considering that your signature will help this initiative.

If there was a vote for it and I happened to be walking by a voting booth on the day the vote was being held then sure I would vote yes but only because I'm convinced that I would qualify for medicinal marijuana not just for the sake of legalizing it for all these other retards...

It's your 1st amendment right to not be harassed for your viewpoints. If anyone gives someone shit for this you have a pretty good lawsuit on your hands against them. I was paranoid myself until I did the research. This is HOW the propositions get on the ballot, in every state.
