 Who plays an instrument?When I say this I don't mean a guitar or the drums. Like I play the French Horn, and I was wondering if anybody else played a concert instrument.

Re: Who plays an instrument? Oboe, Violin, & Piano. Violin got me thru college. Only thing I'm really active in is Piano right now, though I'm going to try for Portland Symphony when I move closer to town.

Re: Who plays an instrument? Awsome. I am hoping that next year my new school will have a Bass Saxophone that I can learn to play, but I doubt it. Re: Who plays an instrument? gooood french hornists are hard to come by in symphony. if you get good, you can get a very decent music scholarship and play symphony in college. Symphony is one of the last remaining places to find an extremely favorable ratio of hot chicks to single guys.

Re: Who plays an instrument? I played the trombone from 6th grade to junior year. I ended up playing in the holly wood christmas parade and carnegie hall then i quit my senior year cause we werent going anywhere lol.

Re: Who plays an instrument? Ya, I really like my horn. I forgot to mention that I also play the mellophone (which is like a bigger version of the trumpet, it's not a marching French Horn so we have a mouth piece adapter so we can use are FH mouth pieces on it) during marching season.
