 Really baffling question Alright. This question has always been poking in my mind since having been asked this. Why does the top of a muffin always taste sweeter than the base? Is it a mental trigger? Can anyone answer this or is this a college professor question?

Re: Really baffling question because the top of the muffin is the focal point of the dish. odds are if its buttered its the top, if theirs fruit its in the top , if theirs anything in the muffin other than muffin, most of (random variable) would be in said top.
