Went by a local store that was going out of business to see this wicked driver my buddy bought for $50 and ended up walking out with a lot more. Everything was on sale I couldn't help myself, I have been playing with the same clubs for 25 years (Driver is still made out of wood). Picked up a 13 piece set of Power Built Dynasty's with Hybrids for 1/2 off. Also got 2 dozen Staff golf balls for $14, just because they had blemishes. Not a bad haul for $280 Canadian after our huge taxes.

Never understood Golf... I don't mind going to the driving range and hitting balls, but I haven't done that in a long time. I'd rather go to the gun range and shoot stuff. Eh, to each their own.

I miss the range, I used to help my buddy teach air force cadets on how to shoot and it was awsome to go out shooting every thursday till my buddy stopped teaching with the cadets after he was done with the air force. Shooting up here in Canada is not easy or cheap, and gun clubs are wait listed since there are so few up here.

Yea I feel the same way although you can't deny the uberfun in trying to hit that dude driving around in that little cage car picking up golf balls. That guy needs to be out there all day. It's hilarious because even the old guys switch their stance and try to hit him!!!
