 can someone fix server?

Post can someone fix server?
for a couple of days now the server has been acting up...couldnt nominate or rtv...now vote doesnt work in admin menu...also server is crashed right now because vegas map is not installed...thanks

hmm everything seemed to be working fine last night. we even played vagas for awhile.
