How do you receive admin?

This is going to be used to build a FAQ section on the new site. Several topics have already been written, but we're always looking for more.

At first i put a really detailed question..

What kind of community is n00bfest ( Yes we're gamers but what kind of gamers? What kind of people make up n00bfest? What kind of people do we attract? )

What games are n00bfest involved with present and future? ( Are we FPS oriented with a small group of MMOers? Or we don't care, anything cool. )

What are the n00b sub-clans (i.e. teabaggers, etc.) and how do you go about joining them?

I believe what Jet is getting at is "How does the banning process work?", aka specing/demo by admin then ban, etc..

How to reach an admin if one is needed?
Need a list of steam IDs of admins in a post somewhere here to contact in such a case.

Okay, a little more detail on what I'm thinking.
Let's say a really good, well known player is playing on the server. This player is dominating the other team. Soon the players on the other team start accusing the good player of having hacks. The admins know that the good player is legit and don't do anything. People get mad and insult admins and things get out of hand. It's happened once or twice while I've been on.

As ckorban says, we need to let people know that admins will not ban non-blatant hacking without demos or other proof, and our definition of blatant hacking (shaking screens, upside down, etc) It's okay to tell an admin that someone is hacking. It's not okay to call an admin a F*CKING retard when he doesn't ban the guy in the next 5 seconds.

Why do some n00bs abuse admin?
(referring to no clip or cash reserves) ppl tend to complain about that not realizing that its to let a team win once in a while if they've been getting owned all map.

Why do I keep on hearing racial slurs like "AFRICAN AMERICAN"
