Post So how much did his freedom cost him?
http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slug=a ... &type=lgns

30 F*CKING days??????????????????????

He killed someone and all he gets is 30 F*CKING days!!!!!!!

That's F*CKING ridiculous.

God our country is F*CKING stupid.

I wonder how much the family thought that guy was worth. They just want this case to be over? They don't give a shit if stallworth goes to jail?// really? Must have been a 7 figure settlement. F*CKING A!!!!!!!! Another F*CKING drunk driver gets to walk away scot-free with a tap on the ass which he's already used to for being a football superstar.

I would love to see how many first time law breakers who have killed someone while intoxicated have gotten 30 days in jail.

GOD I F*CKING HATE THIS COUNTRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

But they said he had never had any other problems with the law ans was cooperative with the pigs and all that good shit so. But hay people got to jail for life for drugs but you murder someone and can be out in 5 years.

This seems more like a accidental death then a DUI related death. Because the victim was jaywalking, it is impossible to say if a sober driver could have avoided him. You can be sure the defense would have brought that up in any trial.

Look at it this way, if a random idiot jumps in front of your car to off himself, do you deserve 30 days in jail? Technically, you did commit manslaughter, even though you had little or no control over the situation.

Yea I understand that is what is saving his ass but the whole situation is still very aggravating.

I still feel he got off very light, I don't care if it's his first offense, and somehow I feel Stallworth should be held a little more accountable for being drunk.

I plan to.

Anyway....

Stallworth totally saw the guy:

http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=4014292

and he was speeding...

there is another report but I don't know how true it is because I can't find any other reports that say the same thing but it reported that he swerved to avoid a stopped car in order to avoid a red light.

When the story first broke Stallworth was quoted in saying that the guy 'should have moved' but now I don't see that statement being reported anywhere.

I thought they all bought a bunch of guns and ammo and are hiding in their cellars surviving on MREs and recycled urine and communicating with cb radios.

"Stallworth had a blood-alcohol level of .126 after the crash, well above Florida’s .08 limit."

yea reports say his BAC was somewhere between .12 and .14 well above .08

He was coming from the Fountainbleau Hotel in Miami, they don't know where exactly he was going.

Have you ever been in Miami? Clubs don't close until 5am and even then if you know the right people the party doesn't stop there it just moves. When other cities are shutting down for the night Miami is just getting started.
