 Not too impressed
So the Buffalo bills pull off a win. Thats good for me and other fans but was it really something to be thrilled about? They beat the hell out of the Kansas City Chiefs, who were a 1-9 team, its like beating the lions, its like fighting a 90 yr old man with cancer. it was obvious that Buffalo would win and if they lost Dick Juron should just hang himself. Good news is after 16 possesions, Trent Edwards finally gets the ball in Lee Evens hands, Evens actually got several receptions in yesterdays game. Marshawn Lynch also has stepped his game up, with 79 rushing yards and 5 receptions he was looking prime. Edwards did suffer a concusion a few weeks back and has not been the same since. Yesterday he looked awesome, his willingness to run the ball and drop his shoulder into a defender is great, it shows he not scared to run the ball and he is giving his 110% The game was a total blow out but im still not impressed. they should have won and they should play this well against every team they play. Win or lose they need to look ready and give it their all on every down. Keep faith....LETS GO BUFFALO

Did you get to watch the game? I usually follow on nfl.com but didnt feel it was necessary yesterday.
What game did Edwards get a concussion in? I hope that explains his interceptions the past few weeks. It gives me hope that he is the good decision making QB we saw in the first 4 weeks and hopefully the future of this team.
It was a romping I'm gonna love watching the highlights 10 times today on ESPN. Most points ever given up by the Chiefs!!!
It's also good to see Josh Reed back in the line up. It looks like our offense will be more dangerous now.
I did notice from the game stats that all the Chiefs TDs came from receptions over 25 yards. I don't know what actually happened but I think our injuries in our defense are going to keep us out of the playoffs this year.
At least we know we got a good team now!!!
LETS GO BUFFALO!!!!!!!!!!

I watch the game every week, this week i went to Buffalo at tully's the sports bAR. Nothing but bills fans. pretty crazy. Edwards got a concusion against the arizona cardinals. That forced Juron to put in Losman and then they had a bye week the following week which gave Edwards enough time to heal, some would argue that he didnt fully recover, i just think he was un-easy in the pocket due to that severe hit. Looks like he has lost his BITCH-ASS-NESS and is back to playing good football. Leodis McKelvin being on defense is huge now, i think he is in for McGee. He is doing great and is the first since 1979 to make 2 interceptions in one game for a 2nd stringer, and one got ran back for 6 pts. HOLLA
Buffalo will finish 9-7. The playoffs are not technically out of reach, but you and i know that they are not in the bills near future. I would say another year or 2 before they are a solid team.

I was wondering why Losman was in that game. I never followed up on why Edwards was out, I was too pissed at the blow out.
We'd need a miracle to get into the playoffs this season. The Bills have the hardest schedule left with the Pats coming in 2nd because they have the Steelers this week. The Jets could totally win out the rest of the season if they can get by Miami and Buffalo.

Unfortunatly i dont see miami or buffalo being a problem for the jets. Favre feels really comfortable in NY, he's looking like he did in the 90's

I still say he's taking HGH.
It's kind of exciting to see the Jets do so good with Favre. He's one of my favorite players mostly because of his toughness and willingness to just throw it up and see what happens. Gotta love it when he just slings it into a crowd.

Correction: GB tried to kick Favre out of Packers for two years, succeeding in their 3rd try. He wanted to keep playing (and he's proved he's still damn good to do it) and had to go to a team that wanted him.
I love the guy; among all those prima donnas in NFL that did not accomplish shit, he's quietly doing what EVERYBODY likes to see in a NFL QB.
I wish he had gone to Miami... Yellow_Flash_Colorz_PDT_13

If he went to miami i'd have to hate him, it's just the law as a Bills fan.
The main thing I will remember about Favre is the game he played after his dad died. That was just the sickest performance in all of NFL history and illustrated the love he has for the game. I hope he plays every game for the next 5 years just for playing that night.
