RDRAM was thought to revolutionize computer memory but was found to be expensive and finally fell to the faster and cheaper DDR modules.

It had to be run in some funky array with blank dims also,so finding 2 1 gig sticks are gonna be costly.One reason for the high prices are the fact that so few were produced.
It would be much cheaper to change motherboards and go ddr.

I will second that quote also 2gb will run you 400 dollars for name brand and about 300 for noname company crap.
