Guys, Make sure you update your game to version 1.5 other wise you will not find it in your favorites. unlike steam the game does not auto update... kinda lame i know... but gotta do whta with you got.

What type game is the server running?Search and destroy,team death match,Sabotage etc? Team tactical would probably be the biggest draw as it mixes a bunch of different game types.

well its set to team death match right now, but hardly anyone has played in there, a big thing is that since COD4 does not auto update a lot of people (especially new and non computer savvy players) are not playing version 1.5 from what I've seen players playing 1.5 are a bit more experienced.

Possible solutions:
1) downgrade to the original version the game comes with or
2) change it to a team hardcore deathmatch or team tactical, however i dont like all of the game types that are there, search and destroy is the closest to counter strike, theres a bomb planting team and a defending team, sabatoge is a spin off of s&d.

I dont really like head quarters which is basicly king of the hill.

Hardcore has no HUD (including radar/ammo indicator, etc.) and weapon dmg is incresed

Let me know what game version and what mode we want before Friday night and I'll get it setup.

lets keep the game 1.5 for now as its he newest and newer is usually better

lets raise the map time limit to about 20 mins and a score limit of 3000 im not sure if you can set it to this but have it rotate between search and destroy (score limit first to 4) and Team death match if not jsut leave it team death match

in a week if population hasnt gone up lets switch it to team death match [b]hard core

I'm in Little Rock today and might be late getting home. Hopefully I'm back in time to:

a - purchase COD4
b - install COD4
c - update COD4
d - PLAY COD4 before everyone quits.
