Anyone going to see the movie tonight? Spoon and I are heading out with a bunch of friends because it was his birthday a few days ago.

they actually began showings of the movie on thursday at 8pm.

just got back from the movie. it was one wild ride. i'm not sure if i am totally in love with the movie just yet. i do, however, suggest that if you liked the first two to go see the third one and if you hated the first two...well go see the third one, it'll give you another thing to hate in this world. bear in mind while you're watching it that it is a movie and parts of it are over the top. but all in all it was enjoyable to say the least.

kiera knightley is smoking hot. there is a scene near the end that didnt really need to be in the movie, but i am glad that it made it pass the cutting room. fellas, you'll see...=)

I'm glad too, it made me so uncomfortable sitting next to my mom.

It was better than the second, but PotC has a horrible problem with being good in the beginning, sluggish 2/3rds of the way through, and giving you a semi enjoyable ending. By semi-enjoyable I mean they need to take out all things not related to the pirates such as piece of cow penis orlando bloom and his wench kiera "I'm the strong womanly pirate so you listen to me."

If this was a real pirate movie, she would have been raped at least a dozen times. Hell. The guy with the missing eye would have been skull fucked. Hang the code. And F*CK you tieg you drug addict S.O.B.

Also, my mom and bro think there's gonna be a 4th with just Jack in it, I guess that's ok, as long as that HOMOSEXUAL elf doesn't make an appearance.

I didn't like it.. I think that it was too long with too little action.


When the aforementioned scene occurred I yelled "SEXYTIME!"

That was pretty cool.

ok i'll concede with it being a bit slow in the beginning, but what do you mean not enough action? the last 25 minutes [estimate] was all action.

25 out of almost 180 is not quite enough for me.


Also, take into consideration the fact that I chugged a medium Coke before the movie, and had to piss the whole time... Time felt like it was going extremely slow for me. :x

A lot of it was really goofy. Like when Elizabeth is all "...You thought I loved him?!" it got really soap-opera-ey and lame. Cool plot though.

And I'll go see the movie but judging by Pyrokid's post there was some boobie action in there I didn't see 2 until they FINALLY showed it on Starz and it was pretty good so I think I might go see this with some friends otherwise one of my friend's is gonna get it bootleg or download it and burn it XD

There was no nudity in it. At all. They do it in the end, but all you get is a leg shot. And that's it. Just pay the 9.25 to go see it.

yeah that leg shot was pretty sw00t though...man i could hear the tension ripple through the audience as the guys that were sitting next to their gf started to realize they were enjoying the scene way too much.

and i dunno about a 4th pirate movie..where would it go? too many things were tied and finished in the third film.

I hear it wasnt the best but it was ok, this is my favorite movie so ima go watch it still

That's what I told my family it was a pretty epic ending. But depp said if the people who produced it were going to make more he would act and as greedy as people are they probably will.

yeah i dunno if i'd go see a fourth pirate...i really feel as if the entire pirate franchise was concluded in the third film.

I don't think they should milk this pirate cow for all it's worth.

Imma watch this movie at the El Capitan theater in Hollywood tomorrow. The showtime we wanted on the days before tomorrow were sold out when we pre-ordered the tickets. Can't wait to watch it!!
